Brewery Trivia Night Software for Quiet Taproom Nights
Put a quiz on the taproom TV, let guests answer from their phones and give Tuesday a reason to exist. No kitchen, no PA system and no buzzer boxes required.

The code on the taproom TV. One phone for each bench. Your logo on the screen is part of Business.
Tuesday and Wednesday are the shifts that lose money.
A quiz gives regulars a reason to come in. Keep the same start time every week, so they learn it.
A taproom is not a pub. The ceiling is high, the floor is polished concrete and the tanks are right there behind the glass. Sound bounces. If your format depends on everyone hearing a spoken question, half the room will miss it and the other half will ask you to repeat it.
The fix is to move the question onto two screens: the wall and the phone. Guests read rather than listen. You still talk between rounds, because that is the fun part, but nothing important depends on your voice carrying to the far bench.

Six things it does for your takings.

Fills a quiet night
A reason to come to the taproom on a Tuesday.

Brings them back
A league that runs itself.

Keeps them for another round
A break slide with what is on tap.

Lets you write to your regulars
Players opt in. You send the next quiz night.

Gets you talked about
A post with your name on it, every night.

Keeps the margin
Whoever is pouring hosts. One flat monthly price.
How a night runs in a taproom.
One laptop or tablet, the TV you already own, and a code on every table.
A code on every table
Set a fixed join word for your venue, print its link or QR code and put one on each table, not one sign at the door. Guests who arrive halfway through the first round can still join.
Before doorsBenches become teams
Taproom guests arrive in twos and threes and share a bench with strangers. Each group names its own team on a phone, so a bench plays as one team or splits into two.
First pourOne beer round, not six
Keep it to five or six questions, and make at least two answerable by a curious drinker. Hop origins and where a style comes from land. Precise IBU figures do not.
Mid-gameStop on time
Taproom crowds drink earlier than bar crowds. Set an end time and stick to it. The final table is on the screen when the last question closes.
Last pourWhat does a night have to earn?
We will not promise you a sales figure. Nobody honestly can. Here is the number you have to beat, with your own prices.
Your venue
Business, the plan for venues, at €199 a month.
That is €49.75 a night. Every guest after that is margin.
Four formats to start with.

Music Bingo is part of Pro and Business. You hold whatever music licence your venue needs. Quizado does not provide one.
Straight answers.
Will a game night bring more people in?
We cannot promise a number, and you should doubt anyone who does. What we can say: a weekly game gives people a reason to choose your venue on a quiet night, the league gives teams a reason to return, and the recap gives them something to post. The free plan lets you test it on a real night before you pay.
What does it cost against what it takes?
One flat price a month, however many nights you run. Use the calculator above with your own prices. At four nights a month, a few extra guests a night cover it.
Can I contact the players afterwards?
Yes, the ones who agree. A player can opt in on their phone to hear from your venue. On Business you write to those players from Quizado, by email and as a notification in the Quizado app, and you can download the list. League players also get the standings by email in your venue's name.
Do I need a microphone or PA to run brewery trivia?
No. The question appears on the big screen and on every guest phone at the same time, so nobody depends on hearing you. A raised voice between rounds is enough.
Can bar staff host it, or do I need a quizmaster?
Bar staff can host it. The host screen shows one question at a time, and scoring is automatic. The skill you need is reading a room and keeping the pace, not arithmetic.
Can I write questions about my own beers?
Yes. Writing questions is free on every plan. Hosting a pack you wrote needs Pro or Business, and so do your own pictures and audio for label-art and can-design rounds. Every paid plan also has monthly AI questions: give the AI a topic such as your brewery history and edit what it returns.
What if my taproom Wi-Fi is unreliable?
Fix the Wi-Fi before you fix the quiz. Trivia needs internet on the host device and on the guest phones. In a room with thick walls, one access point near the tables is often enough.
Does it work with long communal tables?
Yes, and it suits them. Teams register themselves when they scan the code, so one bench can play as a single team or split into several. Nobody has to walk the room with a sign-up sheet before the first question.
Do my guests need an app?
No. They scan the QR code on the screen or type the join code into a browser. No download, no account.
How many teams can play?
The free Home plan takes up to 4 player phones. Paid plans have no limit on players.
Does bar trivia work without internet?
Trivia needs a connection, because players answer on their phones. Family Face-Off, QuizoParty and Territory run with no internet from the desktop and mobile apps, on a paid plan.
Test a Tuesday before you commit.
The free plan runs Trivia with the free packs and needs no card. Count the benches, then choose a plan.
