Setting Quizado up

Download Quizado

First, download the Quizado app, a professional Family Feud simulator. Quizado makes for a true game show experience - it has a digital scoreboard that displays the rounds and calculates points. There are even sound effects to make the game more authentic and exciting - and simple enough for kids to use!

Who is the question master?

One person from the group has to be designated the game's host. This person will invite players to the buzzer, read the questions aloud, mark correct answers, and assign strikes when a player provides an incorrect answer.

Teams

Gather two teams on opposite sides of the room. We recommend five people per team, but smaller or larger groups will work, too. The kids might choose to be kids instead of adults! Quizado has also impelemented feature that let you create more than two teams, if your group is larger.

The Buzzer

Quizado comes with an in-app buzzer. However, if you’re not organizing a special event (wedding, trade show, etc.), a less professional solution will work: a squeaky toy, a tap on the table, or anything that comes to mind.

A couple of things to keep in mind:
Create a Short List of Questions: Choose questions that cover topics your family members are interested in. You can use some of our example quizzes to get started and make them more personal to you and your family!
Keep It Simple: Try to cater to people of all ages who are playing - and while one person might not find Peppa Pig knowledge important, younger kids might!
Cover Familiar Topics: Ensure all the answers are about topics everyone knows well (but throw in one fun bonus question!). When did _______ pass their exams? Who fell asleep in the bath on your last family holiday? Think up funny questions that will throw some funny memories into the mix!
