The demo works on every plan, including the free Home plan. It plays no real game: nothing is saved, it does not show in History and it does not count toward the 2 game starts a day on Home. You need no players and no second screen.
Open the demo
Click Demo game in the sidebar, then The demo game. On a phone, tap Demo game at the top of New Game.
Watch three bot teams join
Your lobby opens and three bot teams join by themselves. Click Skip, bots only, or scan the code to play along on your phone. Then click Start Game.
Run question 1 with the guide
The guide points at each press: start the round, Lock Answers, Reveal Answer, then End round - show standings. The big screen and a player phone react beside the panel.
Run questions 2 and 3
Question 2 is a Buzzer Race with one hint from the guide. You run question 3 alone. The same main button carries every question to the winner.
Host your own game
After the winner, click Host your first game. New Game opens on Trivia with a free pack first, marked From the demo. Click it to open your lobby. Or click All chapters.
Try the other chapters
Demo game in the sidebar opens short chapters: Family Face-Off, QuizoParty, Price Check, Territory, Auto-Host, music rounds and more. Each plays in full on every plan. Part of names the plan that has it.
Tips
- Press the space bar instead of the main button. It does the same in the demo and in a real game.
- Moved on too early? Undo takes the room back one step, in the demo and in every real game.
- Click Exit demo at any time to go back to New Game.
Questions
Does the demo use one of my free game starts?
No. The demo is not a real game. It does not count toward the 2 game starts a day on the Home plan, and it does not show in History.
Do I need players or a TV for the demo?
No. Three bot teams play for you, and the big screen and a player phone show beside your panel. You can also scan the code and join from your own phone.
Can I play the demo again?
Yes. Click Play the demo again on the last card, or open Demo game in the sidebar and pick The demo game.
