Writing with AI needs a paid plan and AI questions: Starter gets 250 a month, Pro 500 and Business 2,000. Questions the AI writes play on every paid plan. A pack that also holds questions you wrote yourself needs Pro or Business to host.
Open the AI tab
In the pack builder, pick the round. In the panel on the right, click the AI tab to open Write with AI.
Name a topic and a count
Type the topic under What should the questions be about?. Be specific, such as a decade, a place or an audience. Under How many, pick 3 to 12 questions.
Check the cost and write
The line above the button shows the cost and your AI questions left. Each question uses 1 AI question. Click Write with the number of questions, for example Write 5 questions.
Check each new question
The questions appear in the round marked New from AI. On each one, click Keep, Edit (free) or Rewrite with AI (1 AI question). Or click Keep all.
Tips
- The topic starts as the round name. Rename the round first and the AI brief is half written.
- The question type follows the round. A Majority Rules round gets majority questions, other rounds get multiple choice.
- You can keep working while the AI writes. The questions drop into the round when they are ready.
Questions
What happens to my AI questions if the AI fails?
You get them back. The app says so on screen, and the AI questions return to your balance.
Can I write a whole round at once?
Yes. Open the arrow next to Add round and choose Round written by AI, or write up to 12 questions into any round from the AI tab.
Where do the AI questions go?
Into the round you have open. They are also saved in My questions, so you can use them in other packs.
