Building a pack is free on every plan, including Home. To host a pack that holds questions you wrote yourself, you need Pro or Business. A pack made only of Quizado bank questions plays on every plan.
Open Custom Questions
In the sidebar, click Custom Questions, then Trivia. You see the packs you already built.
Create and name the pack
Click Create a pack. Type a name in the Name this pack... field at the top.
Add questions to the first round
Click Write a new question to write your own, or click questions on the Bank tab of the panel on the right to add them from the Quizado bank. The Mine, Packs and AI tabs add your own questions, questions from your other packs, or questions written with AI.
Add another round
Click Add round under Rounds. The Round Settings window opens, so you can pick the round type and click Save.
Use the pack in a game
The header shows All changes saved while you work. Click Use in game to open New Game with this pack, or Done to go back to your packs.
Tips
- The pack saves as you go. You can close the builder at any time and nothing is lost.
- Drag a question, or use its up and down arrows, to change the running order of a round.
- The arrow next to Add round also offers Rounds from another pack and Round written by AI.
- The box under the questions tells you which items in the pack play on a bigger plan. Everything still saves on your current plan.
- To change a pack later, open Custom Questions, then click Edit on the pack card.
Questions
Can I build a pack on the free Home plan?
Yes. Writing questions and building packs is free on every plan. To host a pack with questions you wrote yourself, you need Pro or Business.
How many rounds can a pack have?
Add as many rounds as your night needs. Each round has its own name, round type, time limit and points.
Can I use the same question in more than one pack?
Yes. Your questions stay in My questions, so you can add them to any pack. Deleting a round does not delete its questions.
