Music Bingo needs the Business plan to host. The 7-day trial includes it. Building the game is free on every plan. You also need sound in the room: connect your computer to the venue speakers.
Choose Music Bingo
Select New Game in the sidebar, then select the Music Bingo card.
Pick a music pack
Step 2 opens on Music Packs. Select a pack. Quizado sizes the card to the number of songs.
Open the lobby
Under Review & launch, select Start game. The lobby opens, and teams join on their phones with the code.
Start the round
When the teams are in, select Start Game. Then select Start: with the round name, or press SPACE, to open the bingo round.
Play the songs
Select Play first song, then Next song for each new song. Teams tap a tile on their card when they hear it.
Check a BINGO call
When a team calls BINGO, its row shows Called BINGO. Select Review, then Reveal to room. The room sees if the call stands, and a valid bingo gets its points at once.
Continue or end the round
After a valid bingo, select Continue. Pick another pattern to keep the round going, or select End round here. After a false call, select Back to play.
Tips
- The songs coming up are shuffled and hidden from the teams. Only you see the list.
- Playing for shows the pattern the room is playing for, for example a line before a full house.
- You hold the venue's music licence for anything you play.
Questions
Do players need paper cards?
No. Each team gets its card on a phone in the browser. No app and no account.
What happens if a team marks a song that was never played?
The review shows that tile as Not played. The call does not stand, and you select Back to play.
Can I use my own playlist?
Yes. In New Game, pick Paste a playlist URL or My Music Packs.
