How do I host Quizado on a small laptop screen?

Before you start

This works on every plan. The tips below are for the web app in a browser and for the Quizado desktop app on Windows and Mac.

Let the desktop app fit your screen
The desktop app zooms out by itself on a small or scaled screen, so the whole dashboard fits. If you changed the zoom, open the View menu and click Fit to Screen to go back to the fitted size.
Zoom the desktop app by hand
In the View menu, use Zoom In and Zoom Out. The app remembers your choice for this screen size.
Zoom out in the browser
In the web app, press Ctrl and minus on Windows, or Cmd and minus on a Mac. This is your browser's own zoom, not a Quizado setting. Press Ctrl or Cmd and 0 to reset it.
Use the compact sidebar
When the window is narrow, the sidebar turns into a slim rail of icons with short labels. Everything is still there. Make the window wider to get the full sidebar back.
Put the big screen on the TV
During a game, click Game Screen and drag the new window to your TV or projector. Keep the control panel on the laptop, so the laptop only shows what you need.

Tips

Close other browser tabs and full-screen the browser window (F11 on Windows) for a few more pixels.
The pack builder is easiest to use on a window at least 1200 px wide. On a smaller window its pickers open over the page instead of beside it.
