Fresh Night is in English for now, for Trivia. In another language the store says so, and you can still make a pack longer or shorter. The free Home plan builds Fresh Nights up to 30 minutes. Starter, Pro, Business and the 7-day trial build any length up to 2 hours. A night under 30 minutes has no breaks. Fresh Night plays on every plan; the ready-made Game Nights need Starter or higher. The exception: the Game Nights from the week of the first Monday of the month (Trivia and Family Face-Off about 30 minutes, QuizoParty about 35) are free on every plan until the month ends and carry Free this month.
Find the Fresh Night card
In the sidebar, click New Game, then Trivia. Under Add your questions, stay on Question Packs. The Fresh Night card sits under the length chips. It is also at the top of Question Packs.
Pick the length
Under How long?, click a length such as 1 hour. Quizado shows Building your Fresh Night for a few seconds. The card then shows the minutes, breaks included, the rounds and how many questions are new to this venue.
Shuffle for other rounds
Not happy with the themes? Click Shuffle. Quizado builds a new night of the same length, again from questions your venue has not played.
Preview the night
Click Preview. The page lists each round with its minutes, the breaks between them and the total. Click a round to see its sample questions.
Lock and swap rounds
Click Lock on a round you want to keep. Click Swap on a round you do not want, pick a round of the same length and click Swap in with its name. Shuffle unlocked rounds builds new rounds for the rest.
Play it
Click Play. Quizado saves the night as your own pack and opens the lobby, so teams can join.
Tips
- A Fresh Night stays ready for 10 minutes. After that the page says This night is no longer ready: click Build a new Fresh Night.
- Lock a round before you click Shuffle unlocked rounds, and that round stays where it is.
- The crowd you pick under Who's playing? applies to the Fresh Night too.
Questions
What if there are not enough new questions?
The card says how many minutes of new questions it found, for example We found 42 minutes of new questions. Pick Play 42 minutes to play what it found, Fill with AI to write the missing questions in the pack builder (paid plans, it uses AI questions), or Allow older questions to add questions your venue played over 6 months ago. Pick another length goes back to the chips. When the question library itself is too small for the night, the card says We do not have enough questions for this night yet. Try a shorter night or other categories. and offers no Allow older questions.
Why are the longer lengths locked?
On the free Home plan, Fresh Nights go up to 30 minutes. A locked length opens Longer Fresh Nights come with a paid plan: click See plans, or Build 30 minutes instead.
Why do I not see Fresh Night?
It shows for Trivia in English while you are online. In other languages the store shows a note that Fresh Night is in English for now.
Does a Fresh Night use my AI questions?
No. It is built from the Quizado question library. Only Fill with AI uses AI questions.
