You can schedule games on every plan, including the free Home plan. Scheduling needs a venue: if you have none, Quizado asks you to add one in Settings. On Home, the start on the night counts toward the 2 game starts in any 24 hours; scheduling does not.
Pick the game and the pack
In the sidebar, click New Game. Under Choose a format, pick a game, then pick a pack under Add your questions.
Choose Schedule
Under Review & launch, click Schedule instead of Start now. Pick the Date and Time, then click Schedule game.
Check the Calendar
Quizado opens the Calendar with the month's games. Click the day to see the night under Planned Games. You can also open Calendar from the sidebar.
Find it on New Game
New Game lists the night under Pick up where you left off, with the SCHEDULED tag.
Start it on the night
Click the scheduled game on New Game, or Play Now on its Calendar day. The lobby opens and players can join.
Tips
- A scheduled game uses the pack's latest questions, so edits you make after scheduling show up on the night.
- To remove a scheduled game, open its day in the Calendar and click Delete.
- One pack can be scheduled once per venue at a time. Pick another pack for a second night.
Questions
Does scheduling send anything to players?
No. Scheduling only puts the night in your Calendar. Players join with the code when you start the game.
Can I start a scheduled game early?
Yes. Click it on New Game or Play Now in the Calendar at any time.
Why can't I schedule the same pack twice?
Quizado allows one future booking of a pack per venue. If you try again, it tells you the date the pack is already scheduled for.
