Every plan includes one venue. The first time you sign in, the Your venue step of the welcome setup asks for the venue name, logo and join link. You can skip it and fill everything in later in Settings, as shown here.
Open your venue
In the sidebar, click Settings. Under Venues, click your venue. A venue that still has its default name shows Name this venue.
Name the venue
Type the name under Venue name and press Enter. Players and shared results pages show this name. Until you name it, they show "Quiz night".
Set the address and country
Fill in Street address and City, then pick the Country. The Time zone fills in from the country if it is still empty.
Pick a player join link
Under Player join link, type a short word, for example your venue name. The page shows Players will join at: with the link. It always joins the game this venue is running.
Add your regular night and socials
Under Regular night, click the day you usually host and set the Start time. It pre-fills the date and time when you schedule a game here. Under Socials & promotion, add your Instagram, TikTok or Facebook page. Both are optional.
Tips
- Every field saves as soon as you leave it. The page shows when it saved.
- The country decides which national ranking your venue's teams appear on.
- The time zone is used when you schedule a night.
- The join link is optional. Without it, players join with the rotating 6-digit code.
Questions
Can I have more than one venue?
Yes. Every plan includes one venue. On a paid plan you can add more as a paid add-on. On the free plan, extra venues come with a paid plan. Each venue keeps its own name, logo, games, teams and history. You can add up to 3 venues yourself. For more, click Contact us under your venues. Someone else already has my join link. What now?
Each join link can belong to one venue only. The page says That join link is already taken. Try another word, for example with your town in it.
I skipped the welcome setup. Is that a problem?
No. Everything the welcome setup asks for is here in Settings under your venue.
