Any Quizado account can connect, including the free Home plan. Your plan's limits apply in the chat as they do in the app: when something needs a higher plan or more AI questions, the chat tells you.
Add Quizado in the chat app
In ChatGPT or Claude, open the apps or connectors settings and add Quizado. If Quizado is not listed, add a custom connector with the address https://api.quizado.com/mcp.
Sign in to Quizado
A Quizado page opens in your browser. Sign in with your email code, Apple or Google, as you do in the app. Already signed in? The page skips this step.
Check the request and allow it
The page names the app, the account you are signed in with, and what the app can do. Click Allow to connect, or Cancel to stop. Wrong account? Click Use another account.
Ask in the chat
Back in the chat, ask for what you want, for example: "Build a 30-question Trivia night about the 90s and schedule it for Friday at 8 pm." The chat shows the game, and you can change questions before you schedule it.
See or disconnect apps
In Quizado, click Settings, then Your details. Connected apps lists each app with its access and when it was last used. Click Disconnect, then Disconnect again to confirm.
Tips
- Quizado's AI writes the questions, so a game built in the chat uses your AI questions, just like in the app.
- A game you schedule from the chat shows in your Calendar and opens in the host panel like any other.
Questions
What can the app see?
Your packs, question sets, scheduled and past games, and league standings. It never sees your players' email addresses.
Can the app change my games?
Only if it asked for that when you connected it. The page lists it as "Create, change, schedule and delete your games and questions" before you click Allow.
What happens when I disconnect an app?
The app can no longer use your Quizado account. Your games and questions stay as they are. To use it again, connect Quizado again from the chat.
The page says the link has expired. What now?
The request is open for 10 minutes. Go back to the chat and connect Quizado again.
