How do I change or cancel my Quizado plan?

Before you start

This is for plans bought on the web or in the desktop app. A plan bought in the App Store or Google Play is changed and cancelled in that store.

Open Plan & billing
In the sidebar, click Settings, then Plan & billing. You see Active Subscription, the renewal date and what your plan includes.
Move to another plan
Under Change plan, click Upgrade or Downgrade on the plan you want. Stripe's billing portal opens to confirm the switch. The price difference is prorated.
Manage your card and invoices
Click Manage Subscription. Stripe's billing portal opens in a new tab, where you can update your card and see your invoices.
Cancel
In the billing portal from Manage Subscription, cancel the subscription. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Then your account moves to the free Home plan.
Know what stays
On Home you can still sign in, build packs and write questions. Features of your old plan, like hosting your own packs, lock again until you pick a plan.

Tips

If you pay in a store and on the web at the same time, Plan & billing warns that the store is still charging you, with a link to manage that store's subscriptions.
If a card payment fails, you get an email and some days to fix the card before the plan lapses.

Building and editing packs is free on every plan, so your packs stay in your account. Hosting a game with your own pack needs Pro or Business again.
