Talking to a person is free on every plan, the free Home plan too, in every country. The call and the help articles need an internet connection.
Open Help
On the web and in the desktop app, click Help at the bottom of the sidebar. On iPhone, iPad and Android, open More and go to the Help group.
Choose Talk to a person
Click Talk to a person. The other row, Help articles, opens the step-by-step guides at quizado.com/help.
Write to us
Click Write to us, type under Your message and click Send to Bartosz. We add your account and app version for you. Bartosz answers you by email.
Or book a call
If you prefer to talk, the last option in the sheet books a 15-minute call. The booking page opens at schedule.quizado.com. Pick a time for a video call with Bartosz about your setup, your first night or your plan.
Join your call
Once you have booked, the sheet shows Your call with Bartosz with the time in your time zone. At that time, click Join the call. To move or cancel the call, use the link in your confirmation email.
Tips
- Offline? Talk to a person still opens, but the call and the articles wait until you are back online.
- After a game, the thank-you card asks for a review. Below it, Something not working? Get help opens the same Talk to a person sheet.
